Windows thinks it is a cdrw and well.. its because I originally was using a mac with it b4 I moved and now I'm on XP. Soo how do I get it to go POOF again.. so I can use it..? For some info about the programs.. CDroller first..

Are you sure your burner supports the minis?

DVDInfoPro also has an erase and format option although I have no idea whether it supports minis or not.
