I just bought an optodisc dvd-rw and i was wondering how i would go about erasing it and burning again? I don't think my dvd drive will even read the damn thing.

Just set up your burning program for the new project. When you press "burn" a message will pop up saying that the disc contains data, and asking if you want to erase it. Select "yes."

Anyone figured out if you can add to a DVD RW file or if you can create decent multisessions on DVD R. The reason i ask is because i hav enever written a data disc (dont really intend on doing one soon either) but i was curious.

Record Now has a function to erase discs. I'm pretty sure Nero does as well.
