After putting my dvd on DVD+RW, is it possible to then to do a clone copy of my +RW to another +R/RW without losing any quality?

You shouldn't lose any quality if you are not swapping formats. Generally quality is lost when moving from one format to another, or (obviously) lowering formats in order to fit something on smaller media. Like for example turning a DVD into a VCD, clearly this will lower quality. The reason you shouldn't lose any quality is (in theory, anyway) the data is all recorded digitally, therefore is the same every time. Analogue recordings degrade the more often you copy them, which is why pirate video tapes in the UK, originating the the Far East are totally rubbish, because they have usually been copied many times, although there are other reasons for the quality being shite!

Advice is, use a good burner, good burning software, like Nero and burn at 1x speed and use quality DVDs. What's the need to rush?

    Good luck.

    Paul.

Sorry, I am not a games person, but others here are much better qualified to help in that matter. As for your question on video with Clone CD, personally I do not use the product, although it gets rave reviews. Sure, if you have DVD compatible software use it. I personally use Nero, because I have never had a problem with it yet with copying anything.

I hope I have not jinxed further backups of mine by saying that!

    Good luck.

    Paul.
