dvd santa crash like crazy

    Hi I just try to add srt files to a avi file and burn it to a dvd using DVD santa and it look like I'm doing something wrong,just opend it and give me a microsoft error message,I'm using version 4 ,is the only software that make this convertion prosses,I try to burn sub to a dvd
    using diferents ways with no end,I apreciate any help .thanks

    hey ! yeah i receive ur message aboute the crash !!

    what im doing when im using a file with a .srt :

    is when im adding the movie file , DVD Santa will detect the .srt file and will ask if u wanna add it !

    i click no ! i don't add it ! but don't worry ! i did that like 10 times and it still put the subb in when converting !

    so just add ur movie file ! and say no when he ask u to associate the subb file !!

    if u still have errors , tell me about it !

    Hi NEMESIS04 you know I did but the same problems, I just download the K-lite codec package and the problem change,I don't recive the error no more,now after add the avi file the program close it self,sub or not sub,

    that is the XVID codec prob !!

    do u have a another XVID codec ?? a single one !
    cause i know Kazaalitecodec they have one XVID codec inside !
    but u have to uninstall the other one u have !

    yes I unistall evreytihng that theKlites codec pack installation asked to uninstall but the problems look like DVDSanta try and no respond and close it self.

    then in that case there something wrong about ur pc ??
    maybe a clean of ! or a reformat ! some hidden infected stuff might do that !

    oh yeah ! by the way , what are u trying to convert !

    give the Advance Summary of the video file !!!

    I just reformat the pc,I dowload some movies in avi format and sutitles in rst format,ijust want to to burne it in to a dvd to played in a single dvd player any movie I used is the same result ,if your read in the internet about this dvd santa software is the same problem ,

    that is weird !! the program work fully fine for my pc !!im in my 100 DVD-R and over with DVDSanta4 !

    when u try too put avi ! did u try a movie without a .srt file ?
    a US movie

    yes I just do the regular procedure,add data look for the file and click open,anuy downloaded movie I try Sahara,Kingdom of Haven with srt and with outsrtg file. any way Im go to try some diferents,I just try to burn in the dvd the movie and the sub the easy way.

    why whould u burn Sahara with subb ?? what language is the subb ?

    and what is the easy way ? - so anyhow when u open a .avi file with .srt or without .srt , dvdsanta still shutdown ??

    Yes,if I add the srt file,or not the program shut it self down anyway, I want to use the Spanish subtitles and use the English audio,because the audio tranlation,some times in spanish,although I speak it,I unable to understand what they said.

    im out of idea ! if its not a virus , not a codec , not the .srt , not ur pc , not the program !!

    i dunno what else can do that !
