Hello all, my search of the forums and google has provided little help. And DVD Santa's FAQ page is very weak. Hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction. I have an ACER Inspire 3100 and DVD santa won't recognize my burner. Tells me no burning device found. I'm running Vista and running DVD santa as an administrator. Anyone have any advice for me?

Is the burner recognized by Vista (can Vista read data files on a DVD).
Try uninstalling Santa, reboot, re-install Santa, reboot.
