Thank you Bukem00, for your specific instructions! Now I can give it a try. Everybody seems to forget that at one time they were new, too and needed to be taught. I get real sick of the condescending attitudes (don't be lazy, read the threads!). I've been reading the freakin' threads for 2 days now and you're the first one to just give us directions. Thanks again! :)

I agree with you Bruce,it is really sad and upsetting how some people can be inconsiderate to the needs of others, forums the last time I checked, were to provide support & knowledge for those of us, who are new to this. However, I do want to thank bbamx68 and Bukem00 for the really helpful support they have provided. Thanks alot guys.

Talk about attitude,If you look in the threads about 7 up you will see that I told you how to burn the disk but as I am pretty new too I didnt write it in format that everybody could understand, try reading things thru.Thats how I found out how to do it...The only reason those older guys make comments is because they see the same question so many times because people just refuse to understand what they read.I found this answer in another thread and my other burn fix on another web site www.dvddecrypter.com

Hey Bukem00, I just got home to try your method. After I highlighted all the files in the titleset window & clicked on "proc. all" the blue background turns grey and nothing happens. The status bar just says "Waiting..." Should I leave all the settings at default? Thanks and Happy New Year!!

I copied RE2 with not one problem, on my first try with only decrypter and shrink. Here's my method step by step.

    1. make a new text file on your desktop.

    2. copy and paste this in the new text file:

    PSL
    184353-184363
    184370-184400
    184401-184431
    184432-184462
    184463-184493
    184494-184524
    184525-184555
    184556-184586
    184587-200706
    200707-200737
    1953828-2084899
    2259324-2259354
    2259355-2259385
    2259386-2259416
    2259417-2259447
    2259448-2275660
    2275661-2275691
    4038680-4038749
    4038750-4169821
    4169840-4169909

    3. Name the new file whatever you want. I named mine DVD_VIDEO.PSL

    4. open up decrypter

    5. under File, go down to Protected Sectors List and select Import.

    6. find the text new text document you made on your desktop and open it up.

    7. If you don't see the file change the Files of type option to All Files (*.*)

    8. Select you file and it should say Protected Sectors List Imported Sucessfully.

    9. From here do everything you usaully do.

I hope this helps I didn't need to download any other programs and this worked perfect. If you have any other questions PM me.

    Here is your answer
Copied it last nite it worked great
It is apparently a form of placing unreadable sectors to the standed coping software.
    Download AnyDvD beta from slysoft.com
run it in the background when you run DvD Shrink. I used CloneDVD2 to make my final burn
Well good luck all I here that Little Black Book does the same

Before I attempted to back up this movie, I should have considered the question "Do I want to watch this movie ever again?". Worst movie with a zombie in it ever.
    Anyway...
After several ripping attempts and before looking up in forums what all was going on with the movie I began seeing problems in my dvd drive with all discs. Right after RE:2 was in there a burn and rip lock seem to have been reapplied to my drive. I have a Pioneer 107D 8x drive with updated firmware. The very next disc I tried was one layer, took a half hour. Next burn set to 4x, but resulted in a 2x~30 minute time. I was wondering if RE:2 may have had other "watching movies on your computer" protection in it in the form of something that screws with drives? Any idea what could have caused this or how to fix it before I mindlessly start switching firmwares back and forth?

I've burned re2 and bourne also dawn of dead and havent had any type problems burning other discs so your problem probably isnt related to the re2 burn,Something else must be happening. If all else fails try restoring your computer to an earlier time under Programs, accessories, system tools. You should be able to reset your computer to a date before you did the re2 burn.Probably a software compatability issue with you operating system.I've been using vob blocker and its great,It's easier to use than it looks...Good luck with your problem

Restore seems to have worked well enough. Guess I was too paranoid to see the easy fix. Thanks for relieving me of wasted hours of conspiracy theories.

After cutting and pasting all I get is: "Invalid or unsupported file format! Reason Line 0 does not contain 'PSL'.
