"DVD Shrink 3.2 has stopped working" Error Message

    I used to run DVD Shrink and was working fine. Recently when I start the program, it does not run and gives "DVD Shrink Stopped Working". I tried to reinstall. Before new installation is complete, the same message comes up "DVD Shrink 3.2 has stopped working". Any idea what is causing this?
