Is there a big difference between the two? What is new about the 3.1.3? Does it do a better job of compressing movies?
pio4030, I guess that's like asking if an elephant does a better job of squashing you whether he is wearing a suit or if he's naked - Compressing a DVD is just that - I have both DVDShrink's onboard. I wanted a "backup" if the new boy on the block had any "Gremlins" hiding on his person. When 3.1.2 came out, something’s (like the editing window) didn't work - these bugs and others seem to be fixed. I believe 3.1.3 is more "user friendly". I truly like the way it seems to provide more control over your ability to crop your backup. Is there a BIG difference ? No, not big - easier, yes ! If you are counting votes, cast mine for 3.1.3 ! If you haven't any experience with either then my advice is go with 3.1.3 Pete
