I am pretty new to this and am wondeing how I can take the full screen option out of the rip and just be left with the widescreen to watch. If I pull the full screen option out of the rip will I be able to select better quality of the fullscreen?
zoom1200,If you are talking about both movie versions on same side of the dvd, DVD shrink will let you remove the one you want and all other extras you don't want too. Click re-author from shrink window. select files and drag to re-author window. Then click backup when you are satisfied with what you have in the second window. Burn back to blank with something like Nero. Check shrink guides for details. I usually select all files from 1st window and drag all to second window and delete everything I don't want. The more you remove the better quality you will have with what is left. Jerry
actually did you mean if the film was originally widescreen....say an avi....but when you burn it and play it on a dvd player it puts it in full screen(This makes really strechy people and tall cars lol). Is there anyway to keep the original aspect ratio?
