dvd shrink dvds work in computer but not in dvd player

I really hope I did'nt confuse the OP also. I just wondered why you so strongly liked the media and software you suggested. Maybe the OP or other people in the futur might wonder also but wont ask. I did'nt attack your suggestion.
You assumed right. I spelled quality wrong. I really respect your opinion. It seems to me that if a product is suggested then the natural course of the conversation is the why's.
Its my opinion that in the thread of the suggestions is where the questions belong. Noone is going to learn from what is pondered privately.

13echo4, we feel so strongly about media in that over years of burning, we have found what is good and reliable media to use. The media we suggest has a high successs rate, whereas the lesser media can be hit or miss from batch to batch. We are tired of burning coaster after coasrter. We offer suggestions so that the visitors here at aD do not have to reinvent the wheel each time. You may be very happy with the media you are using presently. But things may change in the next purchased batch. Please just keep our suggestions in mind if problems come up.

 

Lot's and lots of trial, error, different programs, methods, media and many many burns later. The software and media usually suggested by the regulars here are what deliver constant quality results every time.

And typically i can agree with that. This thread became a circus due to one poster in particular and that resulted in confusion for the OP.

In retrospect i should have PM'ed my concerns to you. I just didn't want anymore confusion for the OP.

7thsinger, I did'nt feel attacked. I think you felt I was challenging you. I've been burning for 7 years now. I've made my fair share of frisbies. I use all the wares all the media ya'll suggest and bash. I dont have a favorite. I have success across the specturm. I like to know why somebody likes something so much. Maybe you had found a way to bench the disc in a way I have'nt thought of. This is'nt my forum I dont call the shots but if at possible dont PM me. Leave the discusstion where it belongs so we all can learn from it. I strongly agree some of this crap is just that. I know where the confusetion came from. I've tracked several posts from this person. They dont know what side is up. Please dont put me on that level. God I would shoot myself.

agree with Zoso and Creaky here. Imgburn is freeware and THE top choice for a burn engine, IMO.

 

go to the website www.froogle.com and look up Nero 7.0 I've seen it sell from legitimate sites for as little as $3.99 with free shipping.
It's a second generation obsolete program so it'll be discounted quite heavilly.

I picked up my version 7.0.0.0 on a Black Friday sales a few years ago for nothing after rebate.
