I have a new Music Video DVD set of 2 discs. I could back up disc 2 with no problem. Disc 1 had data error (cyclic redundancy check). I Use DVD Decrypter to "rip" the DVD to my hard drive in "File" mode, and select all files (NOT "movie files"). Then use DVD Shrink to "Open files" and select "VIDEO_TS.IFO" folder, but I get this message:
DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
    Invalid data in file: “D:\DVDVOLUME\VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_1.VOB”
I wonder what I was doing wrong. Could someone help?
    Thank you.

data redundancy errors with dvd shrink are generally due to the fact that there is dvd copyright protection which it cannot decode. sony has a couple new protections; Slysoft "Anydvd" versions and above are the way to go to solve these problems
