    what os are you using? Are you trying to rip using just Dvd Shrink(Dvd Shrink is very old and outdated with its ripping abilities and requires help from other programs such as any dvd/dvdfab)

    using windows 7 64bit......
    this is error code i get when trying to install dvd shrink

    sounds like it might be corrupt, try re-downloading it from a different source and right clicking the exe and say run as administrator. Other than that I don't know why it wouldn't work.

    Think i've seen comments in the past mentioning shrink not being able to be installed on w7,you might have luck if you use that xp mode w7 has if not use dvdfab & nero recode (nero recode is shrink without the protected dvd rip capability),or perhaps dvd styler can do the job you equire

    I have installed it under Win7 64 bit just fine, not as admin and without using compatibility mode.
