Right when I get to the copy stage of the process I get an error message that it has encountered an error and needs to shut down. I only have 8 GB of free space and I am wondering if that could be causing it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 2xs. Running XP. Help
im having the exact same problem ! i need help ...please someone give advice once i click 'backup' the dvd-r drive ejects the movie , then the 'backup dvd' box appears and i click 'ok' then it says dvd shrink needs to close im also using windows XP
