I use any dvd and dvd3.2 shrink. It crashed so I wiped it off my disk. I downloaded it from this site but now I can't copy newer movies ie Meet The Robinsons and Mr. Brooks. It analysis the disk just fine and it encodes the disk. When it ask for a target disk I put it in an it immediately pops out and says Burn process failed at 2.4x (3,324 KB/s) Any suggestions. I also had wiped the the directory I had been storing a copy of the dvd. I tried recreating that directory but I am not sure if I did it correctly or if that is what is causing the problem.
try using clonedvd 2 with anydvd instead of dvd shrink also make sure you're firmware is up to date and since you're burning at 2.4x I'm assuming its a DL dvd? make sure you are using good media like Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim wrong forum too!! i will ask a mod to move it

Both movies backed up using AnyDVD, Shrink, and Imgburn. Have played both movies all the way through and found no problems. What program are you using for burning. Have you tried doing a system restore to when you were not having a problem?
