You would need to either leave in the menu or put a menu. Don't ask me how because I usually concatenate the movies as you did or leave the menu in place. That needs to be done BEFORE shrink. Otherwise all the video is concatenated. That is a feature not a bug. You can merge a 2 disk video to a 1 disk video by removing all the extras and compressing the heck out of it.

Rip the DVD as Full Disc....then re-author with DVD-Shrink!

That is what he was complaining about. You can't use the re-author option if you want to keep the menu.

He do not want 1 Big File. He want to separated the episodes.
He Need to rip the DVD as Full Disc. then, select the episodes on Shrink.
NOTE: Some episodes do not come in the right order: Like 1, 3, 2, 4 on Spartacus, etc.

    I DONE:
24: Seasons I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII
Dexter: Seasons I, II, III, IV, V
Six Feet Under: Seasons I, II, III, IV, V
    Spartacus: Seasons I, Prelude, II
    Rome: Season I, II
    Deadwood: Seasons I, II, III
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles: Season I, II

I make sure to put 2 episodes (44-55 Mins. each) on 1 DVD-5 (4.7GB) to get a 100% Ratio without loose any video quality. [Except on 24 where the episodes are short].

Some discs do have all eps inside of one file so you have to re-author and split by chapters. Have you tried ripping each ep as main movie only in DVDFab?

    NO !
When you Back up a TV Season DVD is like have 2, 3, 4... individual Movies [Episodes] inside.
When is rip by DVD Fab as MOVIE ONLY. You end up usually with the very first movie [Episode]....so you miss the other episodes.

You can rip one at the time each episode using Movie-Only, but WHY? When you can have all of them (x episodes) if you rip it as FULL DISC.... then re-author and split the episodes.

It always depends on how the disc is authored. Regularly they aren't packed into one file so ripping each ep in movie only mode will get rid of any and all protections and there will be no sync issues after conversion.
