I get the message there is not enough space on my hard drive. Then after I delete the old ISO files to free up approximately 20 GB of space my hard drive doesn't recognize this was done and still tells me there is not enough space. What more do I have to do to correct this problem? Is there a setting that needs to be changed? I used to just delete the old files and I would have space again.

    bruce7834 ,
Welcome to the forum. Are you using Norton . If so make sure Norton is not keeping the files in the recycle bin. Right click the bin and empty it if t is. If that does not help did you re-boot between deletions. Also you can do a search for .iso files and see what comes up.

In addition to what Car.Mike had suggested, can you post the screen shot that DVD Shrink generated? That would be nice, if only you can though.

    Thanks Mike,

Norton was protecting the files. I had no idea this was happening. Thanks again.
