meshelly, is this a nero problem or a shink problem? try freeing up some more ram as you have 127meg free.
I booted in safe mode and dvd shrink opened like it should but when i boot normal it won't open up just hangs and slows my pc.
I FIXED IT!!!!! YEEEEEEEEEEEEAH what i did was shut down one of the processes in the task manager something called radmonitor.exe and it worked. thanks for all your help!!!!
Looked like what Exactly fixed it was going into safe mode and running dvd shrink. going into preferences making sure that run analysis and low priority mode to improve multitasking was checked. Thats what fixed it! man and it only took 1 week.LOL Thanks for the advice to go into safe mode Thanks! Dawiz55 signing off!
I have used dvd srink and nero and the problem im having is that the dvd drive is not getting recognized.
