Hi KelFol, First:[bold]Nero API version: 6.6.0.13 [/bold] This version of nero is a bit old, you should update to the best and most stable version of nero6 (free), here is the correct way of doing it; Write down your nero serial# and then uninstall version 6.6.0.13 from your system using the general cleantool found here: http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/enu/General_CleanTool.html Next, download and install version 6.6.0.18 from the links provided, re-enter the serial# and you're good to go. nero version 6.6.0.18 updates: Package 1 http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe Package 2 http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe Second: If you're using shrink with anydvd version 6.0.8.5, uninstall anydvd and install the current version 6.6.8.8 to correct compatibility problems which could crash your PC during the write phase. Get the update here; http://www.slysoft.com/en/download.html Also, the log appears to be incomplete, if you could repost the entire log, it would further help with seeing what's going on. Try the suggestions and let us know how it's going.
