OK here is my prob. I convert avi files to vob files on winavi video converter. Then I recode them on nero and then burn them. Well, the dvds play fine on my puter but they skip when I try to play them on both of my dvd players. I record at 4x speed on a Sony DVDR and I am using Maxell DVD-Rs and I have a sony and apex dvd player. Any suggestions?

Well, I tried the sony media today and I still have the same problem. AAAAHHHHHH. I am so frustrated. I guess I will try the verbatim media. If that doesn't work I am not sure where to go from there.

I got the same problem here and I haved tried ritekg05 and ty02 but still they just won't play right in my dvd player but play fine in the computer. its weird because they hang up just for a second and about 3 times thru the whole movie. I think it justs my player throwing a hissy fit.
