dvd sticking

    i`ll keep it simple, my daughters favorite dvd is sticking i`ve tried ripping it with dvd decrypter but it sticks on 80%.....
    is there software that i could leave running that will get past this,
    if so any website where i can get it ??

    All you can do is try cleaning it. You can get something like disk doctor or you can try the home remedies of alcohol, or some toothpaste mixed with water, I have even used a spritz of pledge to get past the bad part. Or just buy another one.

    Hi,

    Dvd stinking ?

    Probably has peabut butter / jelly on his hands :)

    I usually wash DVD media with warm water and clean with a paper towel.

    That removes all finger prints and worked for me in the past.

    I didn't know about tooth paste for scratches, next time I get a bad DVD I will try !
