DVD TO AVI

    Is it possible to convert from DVD to AVI movie file

    btw try to get good codecs, like divx. www.divx.com

    it already comes with xvid, but i prefer divx compression alot better.

    Thank you for your reply excuse my ignorance when i downloaded autogk i seemed to have got 3 programmes avisynth 2.5 and Vob Sub. Also it appears this will download AVI files in MPEG4 format. Could you tell me if this is compatable with a programme i have arc soft video impression2 which i use to edit a lot of videos. Thank you
