i want to copy my south park dvd's to a usb flash drive so i can watch them at work does anyone know the best way (easiest) way to do this??? Please help
You'll need to rip the dvds to your hdd then convert the vobs (files created from ripping dvd) to .avi to watch on your media player. Avis should also be small enough, but stil quite good quality, to get a lot on your usb drive, depending on how big your drive is, that is.
i got an 8 gb flash drive - i just need a link to a nice free working dvd ripping prog that i can use to transfer the files from dvd to hdd to avi to flash drive to work - your help is much appreciated -
DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink Both of the two will rip the dvds into vob format. You can convert the vob files into avi using super. If you need to rip dvds to avi directly, you can try this shareware(it is not free)
Well I know for a fact it can convert vob to avi, just not whether or not it can do it direct from dvd. I think it may be possible, but it's far easier/hassle free to rip it first IMHO.
where can i find SUPER? i have a .vob file but dont have a clue how to convert to an AVI...? Can u help me Ripper PLEASE!?

ok got the dvd ripped to the hard drive - and for some reason , when i put it on the usb drive, it corrupts it by the time i get to work - am i doing something wrong or is this just a bad usb drive - i have formated it before each using and even put the avi's in zip folders and it sort of works but will only play 3 out of the 6 episodes when i get it to work - any suggestions?
i'm using dvd fab decrypter to put on hard drive and winavi to convert to avi then onto the usb drive
