Newbie here. I tried the step-by-step process on a couple of chapters of a (2)DVD movies with success, but without using CDex(more on that in other post). On the third movie, the VOB had no sound after using Smartripper. (Smartripper was successful in "decoding/authorizing") I proceeded anyway, and the vfapiconvert didn't work either. Is success a hit or miss with various movies? Are there ways around this?
