    Hello,

What is the best free software to convert a dvd or home video to an ipod touch? Thanks!

Videora Ipod converter is good. I've tried ImTOO ipod converter, but I always had the audio come out of sync with it. Videora one probably isn't the best, but it's free and I haven't had any problems with it.

or, you could try XViD4PSP from the winnydows website. I know it sounds like it converts for the Sony PSP (it does) but it also converts for the iPod Touch too - you just need to rip your files from DVD first with something like PSPSHRINK. Works a dream though.

Hello, I'm a new member of this community and I'm looking for some answers regarding Ipod touch 3rd generation.
    My problem is this:
I found a link http://i'manidiot.com edited by ddp where the product is featured for $75. Now, my question to you guys is..if you think the offer is for real and the ipod could be an original or a fake. It would be great to get some advice from people who know about ipods. Thanks

Hi Wavee1, welcome to the boards.
That price does sound a little too good to be true and so I am always suspicious of things like that, personally I think I'd avoid it (but this is just my opinion). I would also ask questions like this as a brand new thread, some folks can get a bit upset at what they call thread hijacking - but hey, if you're new and don't know then you don't know!

Seriously though, that does seem too cheap to be legitimate (but I think you are already thinking along those lines anyway or you would not have asked)...
