I have a dvd movie of a reunion. The source has since disappeared and some of us want to edit this dvd (take out some unnecessary scenes and add new ones from another source). I need to turn this back into an mpeg so that video studio can do the editing and create a new dvd.

I would appreciate any guidance on how to, or any software you have found to work

    Thank you, Doug

Copy the VIDEO_TS folder to the hard drive.

VOB2Mpeg will automatically convert each VOB in the title to a separate MPG file.
(requires .net framework 2 which is a separate download)

If you want to join multiple mpg files, use Combimovie.
Look for program from listing on left side of screen.

    All above are freeware.
