DVD-video file reallocation failed?

    when i try to backup a iso file, after shrink reads file, shrink states: DVD-video file reallocation failed!
    i am using windows 7, nero 10 and nero 7,since shrink wouldn't work with nero 10

    Is this a general problem or one particular movie.
