I have all 24 episodes of CNN's Cold War loaded to a hard drive using Intervideo Win dvr 3. They are MPEG files. I wish to create dvds with 3 episodes on each dvd and a menu that will allow me to go directly to an episode. What software should I use?

The size is not relevant, what's the running time of each episode.

Sorry I did not get back to you sooner. Each episode is about one hour.

Each title is 45 minutes. I have tried DVD flick and always get an error message in the "Combime" phase.
