DVD with Random Clips

What would you need to author a DVD that played random clips like the SceneIt! board game?

 

it doesnt matter how many different clips you have.Just as long as you convert them all to mpeg2 and be uniform :with the same type of properties like (all pal etc).Then you can use a reauthor program like shrink and then burn them with nero

 

I understand that, but how would I get the questions to display randomly, and not in a set order?
