I am trying to find someone that can help me get in touch with 1Click. They are the company that take your money for this product. I want my refund due to the scam that these people are doign to people. The software doesn't work and you can get all the stuff for free. PLease help if you know the number or e-mail address. Thank you.

I had the same problem a few months back with DVD Wizard PRO. You can email ClickBank at "tlb@clickbank.com" and ask for a full refund. I got my money back after expressing disatisfaction of the product and lack of customer support. Good luck.

I got my product through regnow.com and apparently they don't do the same as 1click. I must go through DVD Pro Wizard and they are refusing. The 1Click doesn't have any records of my purchase. So, I have been scamed, and screwed by DVD Wizard Pro. I lost $40 and it looks like I won't get it back.

If anyone ahs a suggestion please let me know.

I agree completely with everything you folks have stated about DVD WizardPro. My husband bought the program a couple of months ago to back up his PS2 games - Didn't realize you had to have a chip to use them. Then we had to use an old startup point on our computer b/c of computer problems which wiped the program out. He emailed support to ask how to re-download. It has been over 2 months and still no response. Paid $40 for that program and they won't even reply to his email. Today, I purchased the DVD WizardPro (NOT KNOWING it was the same company my husaband had been dealing with) and the program would not even download!!! I tried three times to download it and it keeps saying there are support files missing from the download. DVD WizardPro only lists an email address as support. There are not phone numbers to call. SO between my husband and I, we have blown $80 for literally NOTHING. I have requested my money back through clickback and will not deal with this company again. Too bad I didn't see these postings before I purchased it.
