Hi! Im new and i have a question for all those mod pros. I rented Nba live 2007 and copied it to my xbox. I have unleashed X and DVD2Xbox. When i try to play off my HD it Say " This Disc Is Dirty Or Damaged"
but when i play off the disc it works fine.

Is It The Game or my xbox and what can I do to Fix it?

Try clearing the E:\Cache folder on the Xbox HDD!

i had the same problem. my games folder was in the E folder
and i guessed at it being not enough room, checked it with the
folder manager and i was right. so i moved the entire
games folder to the F folder and ftp'd my problem game back into it
and now it works. i have just put a 40GB HDD in so i have about
25GB free in the F folder.

    regards

I had this problem with Halo 2, it may have been just a bad copy. Delete it with File Manager, and try copying it again.

Any game that reports more than 3 gigs (31xxMB is too big) in dvd2xbox will be too big for the E:\ partition on a softmod drive.

There are a couple of games also that need the default.xbe patching in a certain way to play from the hdd.. google them.
Observation.. sometimes the way dvd2xbox patches the default.xbe can cause problems.. it's only 1 or 2 games, but launching from a file manager and trying the orig.xbe will reveal if that is the case.
