I have tried everything. Since I reloaded windows I cannot burn DVD's. This is my most current error message. Can anyone help. HI You say that you've tried everything but we don't know what everything is. More details would help. So here's a guess: Try going into the device manager and uninstall the drive. Reboot and allow windows to reinstall the drive. Hopefully that helps.
