I spent $150. at Best Buy for DVD X-Copy Platnum and failed to get it activated before 321 Studios went out of business. Best Buy said, TOO BAD! dvdxcopy.com gives support numbers but only for Japan, Europe, and Canada. when I try dvdcopyinternational.com I get a web page with only their name but when I go to afterdawn.com and click on the buy now tab I get sent to dvd international. The internet is full of people selling this thing and "guaranteed activation". When I email them to ask how they will activate what they are selling, I am told I have to go to dvdxcopy.com or dvdxcopyinternational, com. THIS STINKS! everybody is selling not activating. Anybody out there honest enuff to just tell me I am screwed and now own a $150 frisbee???

Here in the UK we have legislation that protects the buyer from situations like this. Basicly if the item/s you bought are not capable of performing the function you bought them for, then the retailer MUST give you a full refund. Im pretty sure that Best Buy are in the wrong here.

    Where are you?

    Have you looked here:
