I went to make a back up the other day, and it wants me to register as if it was new. I tried to do a activate to new computer and it said I used all 7. i have only loaded it once to my computer and that is it. I can not get tech support from 321 and really need help. I love this software.

DVDXCopy is about 2 years out of date and 321 is out of business. The program is still being sold but not updated to handle some of the newer protections. Bite the bullet and update your capability with a choice of newer programs.
