My DVD X Copy Platnium was working perfectly for a couple months maybe 70 copies. I am running XP home. When I original installed the software I had to get help from 321. Tech support had reconfigured my start up and modified my msconfig. When ever I started up my computer a prompt reminded me that I had a choice to continue or return to the original default start up. Recently I accidently made the mistake of choosing to return to the default start up. Now every time I try to use the program I get an error message saying "could not find perferred audio language. Choose from list below." the machine freezes up and hitting control, alt delete is all I can do to get things moving again. Can anyone give me an idea of how I can get this DVD X Copy Plat running again? It it was great when it was working.

    Joemc,

I've never had to shut anything off in msconfig. Have you tried system restore? Also if you do msconfig and shut down certain programs, when you get that window, check the box so it doesnt pop up every time. <--- did that make sense?

If you want to do the msconfig thing, you could try to PM 321sucker, I'm sure he can help you with that.
