DVD X COPY License Number and Password HELP

    When installing DVD X Copy On my new pc it says "Activation Failed" and "(7) The allotted number of attivations has been used for this license".

    I have only ever installed this software once on my old computer.

    Can anyone advise me on how to over come this problem

    contact them and get the activation reset. they cannot force how many times you install on your own machine.
