Hi. After installing and activating (I think) DVD X Copy, the Advanced Option tells me to run the Drive Select utility because it can't find a burner drive. I do it and get a "drive not found" message. When I go to the "Settings" option, the drive selection window is empty. However, DVD X Rescue, which I installed at the same time, recognizes the burner and actually makes a DVD copy which subsequently reads on one but not both of my DVD home players connected to TV's. My drive is a Pacific-Digital-branded NEC DVD_RW ND_2500A 8x. I say I think I activated it because when I ran the activation, it seemed to do it ok (no error messages), even though it was after 321 Studios shut down USA ops. The seller gave me a nyc link for activation but because of the flow and lack of error messages, I thought it went ok and maybe was redirected. So I guess I'm dead. Any ideas? Thanks, Fred
