DVD X Copy Platinum number of activations has been used for this license

I bought a copy of DVD X copy platinum Feb. 2005, from 321closeout. Got it activated and it was working. Had to reformat my harddrive. When I reinstalled DVD X Copy and went to activate it I got the following message and it won't activate.
"The allotted number of activations has been used for this license".
I have only activated 2 times.
I have emailed 321closeout 5 times about this with no response. Does anyone know the phone number for 321closeout or how I can fix this?

if my memory serves me correctly , (anyone feel free to correct me if im wrong)

321 studios went out of business a few months ago so rendering there support void

if your stuck 4 a new key try a p2p program (eg bearshare to get a new key )

cant be illigal if they have gone out of business , im not encouraging theft of keys any 1 who does so, do at there own risk!!!
