DVD X-Copy Platinum problems

hello! i have an old copy of DVD x-copy platinum that i purchsed years ago and had no problems with it until recently. i registered and activated it back then. it is version 3.2.0.0 whenever i tried to burn the disc, it immediately said "write error". i re-installed the program and it still does the same thing... goes thru the entire disc reading and i get the same error message immediately. i then bought the updated version 4.0.3.8 i haven't activated it yet as i don't know where i can do this. it did the exact same things as my previous version.. read the disc and an instant erroe burning message. any help in fixing these problems and where i can get the old version and the new version re-activated? thanks for any help!

 

If I were you I'd take 4.0.3.8 back and demand my money back. The maker fo DVD X-copy, 321 Studios is no more, they closed shop last year. Try DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter both are free, give better results and can do all movies currently. You may be able to activate if you choose to keep it here
