DVD X Copy Platinum won't activate

I recently bought DVD X Copy Platinum and it won't activate. I've tried the activate going online 321 is no longer an active site. Tried the Computer method and my password and license number come up inactive. So what's next. This is getting really irritating! How is it that we can spend $100's on this software and not be able to use it? How can you legally sell something that won't work?

Desperate! Please help!
