dvd x copy platinum

    I had to get a new harddrive for my pc. When I installed dvd x copy platinum and typed in the license id and password and went to activate over the internet I could not activate it. I tried by phone, and the phone number listed is not a valid number. What do I do to activate this? I need this software activated. Any help would be appreciated.
