DVD X COPY? PLEASE HELP I HAVE LAMEO QUESTIONS

    Same quick questions

    Can you use DVD X COPY with just a DVD-BURNER no DVD ROM DRIVE? (rips to hard drive then burns?)

    Can you use the mirror DVD +R/RW with it?

    I understand they was a problem with PAL/REGION 2 dvd's has this been fixed or is they a fix?
