DVD X Copy problem

    When I open DVDxCopy, & try to click on the menu option to the left that says SIMPLE, I get a message that states "could not load your drive information, please run the drive selector application." How do I fix this problem?? The ADVANCED option works fine, but, the SIMPLE option gives you the message. I'm running DVDxCOPY Platinum. Thanks.
