DVD X Copy Xpress

    I re-installed dvd copy xpress on my new laptop and had no problems; however, i soon found that the update option no longer works. How can I update the program now so that I can get the entire disc option?? I have been searching everywhere would appreciate any help. Thanks.

    The customer service people e-mailed me back...I just changed the "Short Date" format in my Regional and Languages in my control panel to MM/DD/YYYY format and disable my anti-virus software and it worked! Pass along the good word if you will, and thanks for the reply!
