Stupid is as Stupid does. Id edit out your e-mail. Phone activation number 867-5309 "singing" Tip for your problem. Contact them and ask for suport. If they dont reply or help you then face it you was screwed. Use DVDShrink and DVD Decrypter, freeware and easy to use.
