DVD XCOPY ACTIVATION

    Can the DVD XCOPY software (new or otherwise) that is being sold on Ebay be activated or is one buying useless software? One seller told me that he uses a special program that doesn't require a code? Sound right?

    If it's new & sealed and live in the U.S., maybe. If you live outside the U.S. you have a better chance of activation.

    If it's open, used and perhaps registered ... most likely not.

    That seller is most likely talking about a keygen/hack/crack ... which is illegal.

    With no more "official support" and no more updates ... I would say yes.

    If you want to buy something try AnyDVD w/ CloneDVD2. If don't want to pay for anything try DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter.

    I have a copy of xcopy gold that is completly worhtless because I can not activate it. $75 bucks down the toliet.
