Sorry if this has been asked before, but have searched and haven't found any answers. I have copied a few dvd's using dvd x copy platinum version 3.2.1, they have copied ok ,but if I try to copy the copies dvd x copy wont highlight the start button. I tried nero but that just errored about half way through, and dvd shrink wont recognise the disk.
Also tried dvd shrink 3.1 but seems to glitch during play back, any ideas?

Well you shouldn't copy a copy. Should just use the original. But lets say someone is borrowing your original and you can't wait to get it back ... use DVDXRescue, which comes with Platinum. Also you can get v4.0.3.8, which was the last ripper version of Platinum at http://www.filesearching.com and search dvdxcopy

if you back up a disc with platinum it puts a "watermark" on the disc so you can't then back it up again with platinum. you need to use dvd shrink if you want another copy. alternatively use dvd decryptor and burn with nero. why you would want to backup a backup though is beyond me.
