DVD Xcopy Xpress

    I purchased a new PC from HSN. It came with Xcopy Xpress. I have tried for about two weeks to register this product online and by phone. I finally tried to log on to 321's website and found the great news that they are no longer in business. I cannot register this product and I cannot copy any DVD's. When I try to burn, the Xcopy window comes up, but the start button never turns green. Can anyone out there help me?
