DVD2ONE has encountered on error

    DVD2ONE has encountered on error, while trying to do the movie In The Bedroom it comes up at 2%. It is only on this movie, anybody else have this problem? any way to coorect it?.

    The Error is:
    DVD2ONE123.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.

    I also have used the older version od DVD2ONE and the same problem, and I can use it to back up my other DVD's just not in the Bedroom...

    Im not sure what the error is, but you could try using DVD Shrink to do both the ripping and the compression for you. See if you still get an error that way.

    It must just be in that DVD, got the same error but at about 96% with DVD Shrink. I remember that I had a similar problem with 6 feet under season 1 volume 3.

    Is it scratched at all or any noticable problems on the surface

    nothing at all. we just bought it last night, thats what i thought it would be so i exchanged it for a new one.
