dvd2oneX overcompressing way too much!!!!!Help

    hello, I have the new dvd2oneX released in i believe late october. My problem is that it over compresses the movie way too much. does anyone know the solution to this or are they coming out with another update to fix this problem. I email them but they never get back. please help if you can!!!
