Some games wont be backed up onto my xbox, quite a few actually, and i was wondering if updating my dvd2xbox from version 4 to version 6 would help? If anyone knows anything about that could they please help me update it because I didn't understand how to from the dvd2xbox website.
It couldn't hurt....and you never know,if they updated the list of media checks to look out for it could help you indeed.
The latest version is 0.6.6. You can download anything you want from #xbins if you have flashfxp installed. If not, you could try P2P software and searching for it. Once you have the files just FTP into your xbox using flashfxp, craxtion etc and navigate to your dvd2xbox folder normally in c or e drive and in the apps section. Delete the old files and then transfer the new ones. If you have downloaded ACL files to this folder then just replace the default.xbe file. xbin guide below. http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/xbins.php
